Tour Update: The 50th Anniversary Tour Committee is proceeding to plan for the MRFC50 Tour to Dublin, dates TBD between March and May of 2023. The trip will be between five and seven days, and will include at least one full eighty-minute game for both the Mens and Womens Teams. Old Boys/Old Girls games can be scheduled if interest warrants.

MRFC50 Buy-a-Brick Campaign: The curtain-raiser for the 50th Anniversary celebration is an engraved brick fundraiser. Help celebrate Monmouth Rugby’s 50th Anniversary by purchasing a brick for the new backyard walkway. Literally etch your name in the club history, or celebrate teammates or a memorable event. 4″ x 8″ and 8″ x 8″ bricks are available for $50 and $100, respectively.

A: Please visit www.bricksrus.com/donorsite/mrfc to select and personalize your brick(s). Paper forms are also available at the Wilde Rover.
Q: How do I pay for my brick?
A: The web site above does not accept payment, but provides payment details. Venmo is preferred (@Monmouth-Rugby), but cash and checks are also accepted. Make checks payable to “Monmouth RFC” and mail to attention Pattie Lyons, 36 E. Highland Ave, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716.

MRFC50 Web Site Launch: As part of an ongoing update of the Monmouth Rugby web site (thanks Jeff Petz), a “50th Anniversary” tab has been created to provide a single source for communications and features relating to our Golden Anniversary. The site features a blog containing all Newsletters published to date (a place where new registrants can get caught up on communications), and also a set of buttons containing links to important MRFC50 resources, including:
- A link to register for the 50th Anniversary celebration
- A link to view an alphabetic list of those who have registered so far
- A link to Register (or update) an MRFC50 event
- A link to the Tour Interest Survey
- A link to the Buy-a-Brick order site
- A link to the MRFC50 Event Calendar (currently holds a sample calendar – actual dates still TBD)
- A link to “My MRFC” – a shopping cart based way to register for MRFC50 Events (not yet operational)
- Others may be added as needs arise
